More Fun At The Zoo

Yesterday we took Greg's parents to the Greenville Zoo. We were lucky to see both elephants out in their yard together!

Joy the elephant has been at the Zoo for many years. They've been trying to find a friend for her. A good gal-pal. (No boy elephants -- they can be too aggressive, and would need stronger enclosures than this Zoo can provide.) So recently Ladybird arrived from Lion Country Safari in Florida. Last Thursday was the first time they put them in the outdoor yard together. They seemed to be getting along well.
