Yep, it's my big day today, and what a great day it's been! Greg always does such a great job with birthdays. And his track-record is still intact.

We had a yummy dinner from Haus Edelweiss, one of my favorite restaurants in town. And an amazing cake from Strossners. Michael and Matthew made me multiple homemade cards (Matthew is on the left, and Michael is on the right in this one), and picked out gifts at the store themselves.

As always, I chatted with my mom today (why should today be any different than any other day?), and got a cute greeting from my dad. I had a nice call from my brother too. And my sister sent me the same card we have been exchanging back and forth on our birthdays since 2002!

Ya know, we may not get to see each other very often these days, but it is so neat the way family always comes together and remembers your birthday! (We're all really good at the birthday and holiday phone calls. A real must when you're separated by so many miles!) Makes ya feel pretty special!
