A New Milestone

We made it 3 1/2 years with Michael, and just short of 14 months with Matthew. But today we were diagnosed with our first ear infection.

Michael got over this latest cold rather fast, but it's been lingering with Matthew. Plus he won't sleep at night. (This has been going on for quite a while, to the dismay of his very tired parents!) So off we went to the doctor today, and home we came with our first ear infection diagnosis.

I've been cleaning just about everything in the house to try to get this nasty bug out. Favorite stuffed animals, sheets, comforters, blankies, pacifiers... everything I can think of! I bought new toothbrushes for both boys. I'm certainly up for any suggestions on decontaminating this house.

Hopefully this bug will leave me soon too. Until then I'll just hold out hope that Spring will be here soon...
