Cirque du CDS!

Last night was the big new fundraising event for the Center for Developmental Services, "Cirque du CDS". CDS is a local agency that brings together numerous agencies that deal with developmental issues. Between both of our boys, we've received services from just about every one of their partner agencies. All free of charge.

I thought this would be a good event to be involved in. So mom and I decided to be volunteers! We had a great time! We worked the check-in desk, so we go to greet everyone upon their arrival. Mom especially enjoyed telling those directly involved in CDS how much she appreciates what they have done for her grandson.

Even Michael's developmental pediatrician, Dr. Kelly, was there! He is so fantastic, and always shows up at events that support developmental causes. It's nice to see that this is more than just a job for him.
