Monkey'n Around
Cousins Linda and Bethany have been visiting for a few days. Since that "snow" they brought from Maryland has dried up, we were able to get out for some fun today!
A new kid's indoor playground just opened in Greenville. It's called Monkey Joe's. My Moms Club had arranged an outing there, and we figured it was a great place to go burn up some of that energy the kids have been building up the past few days.
Michael and Bethany had a blast! Jumping and sliding! We spent several hours there, and by the time we left to go pick up Matthew at MMO, the kids were beat. Yeah!
Then this evening we took them out to our favorite local restaurant, Mutts BBQ. When you come to the Carolinas, you just have to get BBQ!
The kids have all played together so well, and it's been wonderful having some grown-up visiting time too!
The boys are so lucky to have so many wonderful cousins! And in this case, second cousin and second-cousin-once-removed!

I know what you mean about the BBQ...constantly looking for new places to take the family when they visit. Where is Monkey Joe's in Greenville? I've never taken Jaykeb to a place like that but would like to.

There's another place in Mauldin called Pump It Up. I haven't been there yet though.

It actually just opened about a week ago. Really new!
