A New Year

It's been a busy New Year already...

We started off with another trip to Camp Greenville over New Year's Eve/Day. A great time again! Can't wait to go back!

Then it was back to school for the boys and back to meetings for mommy. First week back and I had four meetings! That's a lot for a stay-at-home-mom! I recently was asked to join the Greenville Hospital System's Family Advisory Council. We had our first meeting that week, and I loved getting to know some of these other parents, while helping the hospital at the same time.

After a couple of busy weeks, I was off to our church women's retreat. I especially enjoyed the 2nd night -- no plans, just the opportunity to socialize with some other women... and SLEEP! Ah sleep!

So now things should be getting back in to a normal routine. Well, that's assuming we EVER have a normal routine!

And here's a little Matthew news... last night he was counting to 11 for me! Actually I think he can go to 14, but 11 is a definite. Of course he has the world's greatest counting teacher in Michael!

Happy New Year to all!
