Cabin Fever Remedies

We've been home all week due to a stomach bug in the house. (Well, Greg gets to go off to work, but the rest of us are home.) Meanwhile, that wonderful cold front has moved across South Carolina, so unlike our wonderful 70 degree temperatures of last week, we'll be lucky to get out of the 30's for the next few days.

And of course that "chance of a wintry mix" tomorrow. Obviously even playing outside is out of the question.

So this mommy and her one and three year olds are just about going batty!

So blog readers, what are your favorite cabin fever remedies?

1. Read them a good book.
2. Watch a good family movie together.
3. Bake something. Anything. Even jello.
4. Make a fort in the livingroom.
5. Tie dye?
6. Knock over a bank?

Oh wait, that last one isn't family friendly...

Grim -- thanks!
1. Michael keeps saying, "NO READ BOOK!"
2. We've been watching lots of movies. VeggieTales, Pooh, Babe. I guess it's okay to have them on all day when they are sick?
3. Jello! Now that's an idea. As long as I don't wind up with grape jello stains on the carpet!
4. Got the forts!
5. Well, we did do watercolors!
6. "Give me all the money, or my boy will throw up right here!" Hey, I've already got my weapon!

Thanks for the suggestions and the smile!
