Our Beach Vacation!
Today we returned from our "celebration vacation" to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Below you can read about each day in more detail.
We stayed in, as Michael puts it, "a 16 floor building on the 15 floor". Oceanfront. It was awesome! It was in the northern part of Myrtle Beach, in a very quiet area. Our friend Heather recommended the area, and she was right on! When we come back, we'll definitely go for this area again!
Overall, this was the best place I've ever stayed at a beach. And I've stayed at quite a few places, from high-rises to garden condos to cottages. This one definitely topped them all.
And overall, this was the best beach I've ever been to! Throughout the Mid-Atlantic, North Carolina, Florida, California, and even in The Netherlands! I loved the area we were in, I loved the people, and... well... I just loved it!
I'll be working on getting our pictures up on our website in the next few days. But for now, here is our family at Myrtle Beach.

Such a great picture! You remind me that I really need to do this... What a great memory to look back upon.

Awww, I am glad you guys had a good time! My family lived on the East Coast for awhile when I was a kid and one of the most memorable vacations of my childhood was going to Myrtle Beach. :)
